The largest meeting in Turkey where around 25 companies currently having 10 thousand vacant job positions met with jobseekers was organized under the leadership of Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO) and was highly admired by the participants.
The meeting which was organized jointly with BTSO as part of the employment mobilization and Turkish Employment Organization (İŞKUR) completed with victoriously with the participation of 25 companies. The meetings were conducted all day long at the additional representative building of BTSO.
“CONCURRENT MEETING GAVE ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO MEET WITH NUMEROUS COMPANIES”
Mr. Cesur Yılmaztürk; One of the employment seeker participants in the meeting stated that; “My business meetings were very favorable. Gathering of large companies in a single meeting has simplified our jobs significantly.” Mr. İsmail Aydın who attended the meeting from Mustafakemalpaşa district said that the meeting which organized by BTSO was a great opportunity for job seekers. Mr. Fatih Eser, who previously worked as a machine maintenance worker in a company, emphasized that business negotiations were fruitful and received positive feedback from companies.
“COMPANIES TOOK A CLOSE INTEREST”
Ms. Figen Eser, a graduate of business administration, stated that the human resources managers of the companies are took a closed interest in them. She also added; “The employment meeting is a blessing for jobseekers. The human resources managers of the companies were very interested in us.”
“THE EVENT ACHIEVED ITS PURPOSE”
Human resources managers of companies were satisfied with the turnout at the organization as well as job seekers. Ms. Selin Cihan; One of the Company representatives said, “Participation was pretty good. I believe the employment meeting has achieved its purpose. After this meeting, we will initiate the recruitment process as soon as possible. We aim to evaluate eligible candidates and close out our available positions as soon as possible.”
GRATITUDE TO BTSO AND ISKUR
Mr. Uğur Özden; One of the company representatives stated that they overcame a great organization which they have received the most job applications up to today and conveyed their thanks’ to BTSO and ISKUR Bursa Provincial Directorate for the program. Ms. Dilhan Gulber; On of the company representatives stated that they have received nearly 100 job applications within 4 hours and wished the organization to be most beneficial for employees and employers. Ms. Esma Yildiz said that they were very satisfied with the employment event and added; . “We personally interviewed almost 130 personnel candidates. We will evaluate our candidates as soon as possible and return to them. The meeting was very productive in terms of obtaining the employee we require.”
