
As part of the in Culinary Academy Project, which was realized under the roof of BTSO, a kitchen has been established which will provide practical trainings within the scope of MESYEB.
As a first step, the required need-based qualifications of labor force are being determined. Qualified staff are trained for the kitchen sector through the theoretical and applied trainings they receive from the experts in their own fields
By taking in to consideration to meet the needs of the food industry and continuously training intermediate staff this model to be created is aimed to stand as an example throughout Turkey.
BTSO Culinary Academy is being established for the purpose of training qualified staff for the kitchen sector considering it is quite advanced today and growing day after day.
BTSO Culinary Academy Project is launched on 22nd of March 2018 with the participation of urban protocol and business representatives and provides trainings to meet the needs of cookery, pastry, pitta bread, pizza and service staff of the sector.
The training protocol signed with the Governorship of Bursa, BTSO and Bursa Chief Public Prosecutor's Office aims to rehabilitate the juveniles pushed to crime and offenders who are subject to probation to become a part of the community through the Kitchen Academy Project.
