The 37th Ordinary Elective General Assembly of DEİK (Foreign Economic Relations Board) was held at the Lütfi Kırdar International Convention and Exhibition Center. In the General Assembly, chaired by İbrahim Burkay, Chairman of the Board of the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO), Nail Olpak was re-elected as DEİK Chairman of the Board. The new management also includes İbrahim Burkay and Baran Çelik, Chairman of the Uludağ Automotive Industry Exporters' Association (OİB).
"We Will Strengthen the Role of Our Companies"
Commenting after DEİK's General Assembly, which plays a leading role in Türkiye's economic goals, BTSO Chairman İbrahim Burkay said: "Under the leadership of our Chairman Nail Olpak, we are carrying out significant initiatives in line with Türkiye's export-oriented development goals. Through our business councils, which make investment opportunities in various regions of the world accessible to our private sector, we contribute to increasing our companies' exports. Highlighting the importance of Baran Çelik's inclusion in DEİK's management for Bursa's representation in such organizations, Chairman Burkay added: "Alongside my esteemed colleague Baran Çelik, with whom I will serve on the management board, we will continue to work tirelessly to contribute to Türkiye's exports.
