Within the scope of the 'Kitchen Academy' Project implemented
under the umbrella of BTSO, a kitchen has been established for practical
training within MESYEB.
In the first step, the qualifications that the workforce needs to have
according to the demand are determined. Practical and theoretical training
provided by expert educators is used to train qualified personnel for the
kitchen sector.
Considering the need of the kitchen sector and the continuous training of
intermediate staff, this model, once created, aims to serve as an example
nationwide in Turkey.
BTSO Kitchen Academy is established with the aim of training qualified
personnel for the kitchen sector, which is highly developed and growing day
by day.
The 'BTSO Kitchen Academy Project,' inaugurated on March 22, 2018, with the
participation of city protocol and business representatives, provides
training to meet the needs of the service sector, including cooking, pastry,
pide (Turkish flatbread) making, pizza making and service personnel.
Through an education protocol signed in collaboration with Bursa
Governorship, BTSO, and Bursa Public Prosecutor's Office, the Kitchen Academy
Project also aims to reintegrate children in conflict with the law and
individuals under supervised release back into society.
