Tasks
1. To provide the necessary secretarial and physical infrastructure services for the arbitration and mediation meetings conducted within the BCCI Arbitration and Mediation Center.
2. To promote the resolution of disputes arising in commercial relationships and the business world through more effective and expeditious methods such as arbitration and mediation, which serve as alternatives to the state judiciary
3. To emphasize commercial ethics in inter-member relations, contributing to the development and promotion of our members' business potential through activities such as education programs, panels, and seminars.
4. To resolve disputes among our members and their relations with the state, based on the rule of law and impartiality within the framework of Law No. 5174.
